Transferring college-level math credit to the UA

You may be able to transfer math credits obtained at other colleges or high school dual-credit to the UA. Either way, the procedure is essentially the same and is described on this page. You can only transfer credits from courses in which you obtained a grade of C or better. Courses at the Introductory or Intermediate Algebra level will not receive credit. Equivalency will be granted only if the typical content of the UA course was completely covered in the transferred courses. Thus, courses with the same titles may not be equivalent. The credits may show up on your SAPR, but must be listed as a UA course (MATH 110, MATH 111, etc.) in the Foundation Mathematics portion of our SAPR to count for your graduation requirement. If these math transfer courses appear in the Additional Course Work or Excluded Course Work section of your SAPR at a T-number (MATHT001, etc.), you need to request an evaluation of transfer credit.
