Small Classes

Series: Mathematics Instruction Colloquium
Location: ENR 2 S395

This week's MIC will focus on small classes. Throughout the semester, we have discussed alternative class formats including large lecture, online and hybrid class. Now, let's talk about our most common format - small classes. What benefits are there to teaching small classes? How do you take advantage our your small class size? Are there any drawbacks to having a small class size?

Since we all have experience teaching these classes, this will be led as a discussion instead of a panel. Please come and share your experience!
