The Math Placement Office is located in Math 108. This office is open M-F, 8:00 am until 5:00 pm. Student who need to see the Math Placement Coordinator should first go to Math 108 or call 621-6892.
If you want to have a summer math course pre-approved or have a math course evaluated, you will need to submit an online evaluation form.
Due to the Summer Orientation Programs, the Math Placement Coordinator is available by email and appointment only during Summer. Please email placement@math.arizona.edu or use the online form below.

How to deliver transcripts or score reports: Other parts of this website might direct you to send us an unofficial copy of a transcript or score report (usually to obtain math placement in time for registration, while you await the official processing of your material by the UA Registrar's Office). You can deliver the unofficial copies in person or by fax to our office, or mail them to: Math Placement Office, Department of Mathematics, The University of Arizona, Tucson, AZ 85721–0089. With fax or mail delivery, be sure to include a brief note stating your name, UA Student ID number, and which UA course you're trying to get into.
