How to import your address book into horde

  1. Log in to Horde at https://horde.math.arizona.edu/horde/
  2. To import your address book data, first open your address book by clicking on the Address Book icon at the bottom.

    Choose Addressbook

  3. Click on the Import/Export icon at the top.

    Choose Import/Export

  4. The import feature is in the upper half of the window.
    • The format should already be "Comma separated values".
    • Be sure to check the box labeled "If importing CSV data: does the first row contain the field names?".
    • Click the Browse... button and locate your previously exported file (addressbook.csv).
    • Finally, click the Import button.

    Select the file and click on import

  5. The fields should automatically match up if you selected the check box in the previous step. If not, you'll need to match fields one at a time. Click on the Import button to complete the process.

  6. Congratulations! Your address book data has been imported.
