How to create/use e-mail distribution lists (aliases) in Microsoft Outlook


Creating e-mail distribution lists

On the menubar click on Tools and choose Address Book. In the new window, click on the File menu and choose New Entry. Select New Distribution List and click on OK. In the new window that opens, enter a Name for the new group and choose either Select Members or Add New. Notice the new group added in your address book.

Choose Address Book
from the Tools menu
In the Address 
Book dialog box, choose New Entry
Now open a new entry 
dialog box and choose New Distribution List
Select members from a 
list or add new members to the distribution list.  Give the distribution 
list a name.
