How to configure Microsoft Outlook
On the menubar, click on Tools and choose E-Mail
accounts.
In the new window that opens, under E-Mail select View or
change existing e-mail accounts and click on Next. Now,
select the existing server address provided and click on Change....
In the following window, enter the follwing information:
- Your Name: Enter your name as you would like recipients of mail from you to see it
- E-mail Address: Enter your e-mail address here. Eg: joe_cool@math.arizona.edu
- Incoming mail Server (IMAP): Enter the incoming math mail server name here. Eg: imap.math.arizona.edu
- Outgoing mail Server (SMTP): Enter the outgoing math mail server name here. Eg smtp.math.arizona.edu
- User Name: Enter your login name for Math Webmail here
Click on Finish.
