When you point Internet Explorer to a secure website with a self-signed certificate, an alert entitled Security Alert will appear.

To avoid the alert reappearing on future visits to the same website,
click on View Certificate to proceed.

When the Certificate dialog appears, click on Install Certificate.
- When Certificate Import Wizard opens, click on Next.

Select Automatically select the certificate store based on the type of certificate, and click on Next.
- Click on Finish to end the wizard.

When the Root Certificate Store alert appears, click on Yes.

Back in the original alert, when asked whether to proceed, click on Yes.
