Functions for Calculus (Math 122A)
First Semester Calculus (Math 122B)
Fall 2017

Math 122A is a 1-unit course with class meetings from August 21 through September 12. Students who complete Math 122A with a grade of C or higher will be eligible to continue on to Math 122B. Students who do not complete Math 122A with a grade of C or higher will be administratively switched out of Math 122B and into a Math 120R (Calculus Preparation) class. Both Math 122B and Math 120R will begin on September 13. More information about Math 122A (including textbooks, calendars, and resources) can be found at   Math 122A. Math 122B is a 4-unit course that will run from September 13 through the end of the semester. Eligibility is a grade of C or higher in Math 122A. Students who complete Math 122B with a grade of C or higher will be eligible to continue on to Math 129 (Calculus II) if they need.
