- Assignment 1 (Introduction to Minitab) will be due Thursday,
February 1.
- Assignment 2 (Distributions) will be due on Tuesday, March 6th.
- Assignment 3 (Sample Distribution) will be due on Thursday, March
29.
- Assignment 4 (Confidence Intervals) will be due in Tuesday, April
10th.
- Assignment 5 (Hypothesis Testing) will be due on Thursday, April
26th.
Tests
Except for the final exam, the following dates are only tentative.
- Exam 1: Tuesday, February 13th.
- Exam 2: Thursday, March 8th.
- Exam 3: Tuesday, April 17th.
- Final Exam: For the 11 AM section, Thursday May 10 from 11-1. For the
1230 section, Tuesday, May 8th from 11-1.

- Many of the data-sets for your homework problems are also on the
CD.
- Here is the rubric I'll be using when

grade the homework. I'll also occasionally post either real or fictional
samples of good and bad soolutions to problems
Important Dates
- Wed, January 10th: First day of classes
- Monday, January 15th: Martin Luther King Day, no class
- Tuesday, February 6th: Last day to drop with deletion from
record
- Tuesday, March 6th: Last day to drop with W
- March 10-18th: Spring Break, no classes
- Wed, May 2: Last day of classes
- Tuesday May 8th (for section 3) or Thursday May 10th (for section 2)
(11:00am - 1:00pm): Final Exam
