A few things I like to do in my free time:

  • swim and play basketball
  • go to the movies and watch tv
  • cook tasty vegetarian meals
  • study spanish
  • learn to dance, which is a work in progress. i'd wanted to do this for a long time and started with latin dance about three years ago. i think that in a few more years i should be pretty good.

I spent practically my whole life in New York, aside from a semester in Denmark, until moving to Tucson for grad school.

I don't miss NY too much, but I do miss my family and my wonderful friends who are over there. You should check out my photos to see some pictures of my folks, my brother Josh who's working on a Ph.D. in computer science at Columbia, his wife Linda who's a chef specializing in wonderful healthy cooking, and some other important people in my life who I don't see enough of.
