About me
I am a second year applied mathemtics PhD student (just passed the qualifying exam) and I am getting a PhD minor in optics. I became interested in optics after spending the summer of 2006
working on the National Ignition Facility (laser driven
nuculear fussion project) at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory.
Research Interests
Currently I am working with Dr. Jerry Moloney, head of the ACMS - Arizona Center for the Mathematical Sciences. I am looking into electromagnetic pulse propigation through nonlinear dielectric media.Current Courses
