* For 7.3, give careful, precise proofs, using only elementary algebra (how do you prove that two sets are equal?). There is no need for tools which are not yet part of our toolbox, such as “limits”. By the way, there is a reason why the exercises 7.3(a)(b)(c) are grouped together in the textbook.
