
I am a graduate student in Applied Mathematics at the University of Arizona. I am a Southern Arizona native, born in the city of Douglas, moving up to Tucson as a teenager. I graduated from the UofA in 2009 with Bachelor's degrees in Mechanical Engineering and General/Applied Mathematics. Now as a graduate student, I am interested in a number of topics including Reliability and Statistics.

Mathematical Sciences Research Institute Undergraduate Program (MSRI-UP)- I worked on a project investigating an adaptation of a classification algorithm. This culminated in a report and presentation. A poster on my group's findings was presented at the 2007 SACNAS conference
