45 Triangular prism which breaks into three tetrahedra

From Ross’ manual: ‘Show by the trisected triangular prism that a triangular pyramid is one-third of the triangular prism of the same base and altitude.’ However, the three pieces do not have the same shape, so it is not clear how this model would be used.
