    There is an Exam 2 Review assignment on webassign, but don't think of this as a practice test!  It will help you review most of the material, but be sure and look back over your notes and homeworks as well, because it doesn't include absolutely everything that you need to know.
    Review Problems from text (NOT to turn in!!): 
Chapter 4 Review problems: (p. 320-322). #2-15, 19-22 (be able to complete the square!), 24, 31, 34 (add the question: Find the average rate of change of the revenue on the interval [1,50]), 35, 39-50.  Word problems:  HW 4.4 and 4.5 - be able to set up equations, find max/min for quadratics, and find the practical domains.  Look over worksheets as well.  Review assignments: All material so far.
