July 21, 2004:
A new packing was added for r=0.369102...
The packing for r=0.183503... given in the old pages is not optimal.
It has been moved to the "irrelevant" section and
the packing for r=0.186633... has taken its place.
A new page titled "Best Packings" has been added. It gives the values of
r at which the best known packing changes and gives the best known
packing in each of the resulting intervals for r.
