The goal of this first network meeting is for everyone to familiarize themselves with the challenges and opportunities facing our students and programs at all levels (undergraduate, graduate, and faculty) and to begin a dialog about exploiting the opportunities and overcoming the challenges.

Most of the meeting will be devoted to panel discussions in 90 minute blocks. Panelists will start with 20-30 minutes of remarks each, then we will have an open discussion. The emphasis is on exchange of information, not on formal presentations by the panelists.
