    Interests

      Mathematics education, in particular elementary and secondary teacher preparation, the induction process for novice teachers, and the beliefs about the teaching and learning of mathematics that experienced and novice teachers bring to the profession and how these beliefs influence their teaching

      I currently am teaching the mathematics course for elementary education majors and the methods course for prospective secondary mathematics students. In the past I have taught the methods course for prospective elementary education majors and graduate courses in mathematics education.
