There will be two tests and a final examination. Each test is worth 100 points and the final is worth 200 points.

There will be required weekly homework assignments, normally due on the first class day of the following week. In total the daily assignments are worth 100 points, as much as one test.

In total there will be 500 points achievable. Your total score will be converted into a precentage score. The cutoffs of 80%, 70%, 60%, and 50% for A, B, C, and D are guaranteed, but the cutoffs can be lowered if a lower overall class average warrants it.

Please note that the final examination is scheduled for Wednesday, the 12th of May, 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM. It will not be given earlier; please take that into account if you will be making travel plans.
