Our annual seven month migration ended successfully when we returned to Tucson on November 1.  Its center piece, a three month stay on Monterey Bay, was bookmarked by visits to Joshua Tree, Sequoia/Kings Canyon, and Zion National Parks, as well as a stay at Lake Powell.  Travel is still fun, but with my age of 85 and Shari very close to 80, driving a large coach has become stressful.  We have sold the coach and are planning to stay in Tucson, with travel limited to shorter trips in the car.  A move into “independent living” will be in our future.  For now, we enjoy loving each other and living calmly in our condominium.
