The University of Arizona's Instructional Assessment and Evaluation Services conducted a midterm evaluation of Business Mathematics I. The main paragraph of their report states:

Overall, students are enthusiastic about the idea of the course. They generally feel that the group projects, use of the computer, and examples on the board works well for them. When asked specifically how many see what they are learning as useful to them in the real world, 100% agreed.
