  • Virtual Teaching in Higher Education. Description of an experiment where the students in a Social Statistics course were divided into two groups - one taught in a traditional classroom and the other taught virtually on the World Wide Web. Text, lectures and exams were standardized.
  • Your CASO Guide: The Internet University has more than 1,130 pages of online educational information, provided by Cape Software.
  • The Globewide Network Academy maintains a free online distance education catalog of courses and degree programs worldwide as well as a distance learning bookstore.
  • Educational Courses on the Web. A list of Virtual courses on the Web.
  • Nicenet is a volunteer organization of Internet professionals who give their time to provide services to the Internet community. Everything in Nicenet is offered free for public use, and Nicenet makes no profits from your participation. Nicenet offers free web-based communications tool for classrooms.
  • The World Lecture Hall contains links to pages created by faculty worldwide who are using the Web to deliver class materials.
