Announcements:

Final Exam – Monday, 5/7 from 8 – 10 am. Location: Harvill 150 (click for map).

Please read the following Final Exam Information.

A Final Exam Study Aid is posted online at http://math.arizona.edu/~algebra/;

this packet will be about 50 pages long, so if you have to pay for printing, it may

be better to purchase the packet at the bookstore when it becomes available (the

cost is typically under $2).

Answers to the packet will also be posted at the website above, but not right away.

Office Hours – I will hold office hours at the usual times through Wednesday, 5/2.

Additional office hours:

Thursday 5/3: 1:30 – 2:30 pm

Friday 5/4: 9 – 11 am

Also by appointment.

Tutoring: The tutoring room in Math East 149 is open normal hours through Thursday, 5/3

and will be closed beginning on Friday, 5/4. MASTR has not published their schedule

for finals week, so check with them for information.

Are you ready for College Algebra? Click here to download some software

that can help you find out. This can also be used for some review if you find

you’re rusty on some things! (Directions: choose “Save to disk” and save on

your desktop or some other place that’s easy to find. Next, go to this location

and double-click on the file “0collalg” – this will create a folder called “CA”. Next,

open the folder “CA” and double-click on the file called “RUNME”. Once

the application starts, follow the on-screen directions.)
