Through partnerships between mathematics and BPA faculty, we plan to write case studies in the mathematics of decision-making and to encourage faculty development in both disciplines. We will adapt prototypes, which already been developed at the University of Arizona, Harvard University's Kennedy School of Government, and Wellesley College, to produce case studies that can be used at a wide variety of institutions, and we will also use these prototypes as inspiration for the development of new case studies.
