Arizona-Los Alamos Days Conference - Undergraduates Special Session

Presenter: Misha Chertkov, Chair, Program in Applied Mathematics, University of Arizona

Friday at 1:00PM there will be a special session for undergraduate students regarding an overview of opportunities for undergraduate students at Los Alamos National Lab:

 

·        student summer schools

·        focused summer research experiences

·        postbaccalaureate programs


All of these programs combine both lectures and hands-on research experiences. The scientific focus depends on the school or mentor but cover a wide range of scientific fields including a broad range of STEM fields. Link to the computational and information science summer school programs:
